Are you finding it harder and harder to keep your Orlando home as clean as you would like. I know the feeling. At the end of a long day at work, the last thing we feel like doing is cleaning. Add on top of that, cooking dinner and maybe a little quality time spent with the family before bed. There just isn’t enough time to do it all. So we push thing off until the weekend. There are several cleaning products that boast their ability to clean rust. Some do a decent job, and some don’t. Before spending all that money on a product that you are not really sure will work, you might want to try one of those “old school” cleaning methods. Did you know that lemon juice or white vinegar is quite acidic, and could do the trick all by themselves. In a corner of the effected area, try a spot of each product to see which one works the best for you. Leave the acid on the rust stain for a few minutes, agitate with a nylon scrub pad, and rinse when complete. Blot the area off and check your results. Good luck and happy cleaning.

Most people use the space under their kitchen sink to cram cleaning supplies because it is convenient and spacious. Unfortunately, it is normally very disorganized and messy. A lot of supplies get wasted due to being forgotten or buried.
First thing you must do is collect all your cleaning supplies from around the house and put them out where you can see them. Now go through them and get rid of the ones that are old, empty, or damaged. Consolidate when and if possible ( I’ve found several glass cleaner in different rooms). Now separate them into categories. The kitchen cleaning supplies you will probably need most frequently are glass cleaner, dish washing liquid, paper towels, all-purpose cleaner, scrubber and disinfectant. You should keep any cleaning supplies that you do not use in your kitchen in a handy storage space in the appropriate room.
Now that you’ve emptied the space under the sink, scrub and wash out the cabinet. This is a great time to either add an organizer or place your cleaning supplies in a container that fits under the sink. This way your cleaning supplies will be together and easily transported.
The more organized you are at keeping your kitchen cleaning supplies well stocked and handy, the easier cleaning your kitchen becomes. for more helpful tips call Maid to Clean Orlando today at 407.767.2992. We are your #1 source for Orlando Maids, and Orlando Cleaning Services

One of the best little home cleaning tips is the use of vinegar. Vinegar is a great cleaning agent. What I like using it for the most is cleaning my window blinds. All you need to do is mix equal amounts of vinegar and water in a bucket. Then use a pair of white cotton gloves, dip your hand in the solution and clean away. You will want to keep a bucket of clean water around to rinse the gloves out occasionally. Make sure when you dip your gloves in the solution, you squeeze out the excess liquid. Another tip that is useful is to us a Q-tip to get in those hard to reach locations.
If you can’t find the time, or need some help with your blinds or any other cleaning project in your Orlando home don’t hesitate to contact us at 407.767.2992 or online at maid to clean orlando. Maid to Clean Orlando is your #1 choice for maid service in Orlando.

Mirrors can become very difficult to keep clean, particularly in the bathroom. If you are anything like me, you notice the second your mirror begins to get dirty. Here are a couple of tips to keeping your mirrors clean.
To begin with, do not use chemicals that contain hard ingredients such as vinegar or ammonia. Simply clean your mirrors with warm water, and a clean cloth.
It’s important to remember to wipe down your mirrors from the steam you create after a shower, with just a clean cloth. Try to make cleaning your mirrors a part of a routine. Once every 2-3 days is a good suggestion.

As many home owners know, the kitchen is the focal point of guest entertaining in a home. If you are looking for ways to keep your kitchen sink looking and smelling fresh, then Maid to Clean is here to help. The kitchen sink houses many germs, that need to be eliminated on a daily basis. If you are in need of cleaning your sink follow these tips.
When cleaning your sink, be sure to use a clean sponge. A dirty sponge defeats the purpose of getting the sink clean. If you are using a dirty sponge, you are just pushing the germs around. Clean the sink with a disinfectant. I like to use a 1/4 bleach 3/4 water solution. There are other great household formula to get the job done. Spray your disinfectant, and scrub the skin being sure to get around the drain area. Rinse the sink with warm water. Next take about 2 pinches of baking soda and place down the sink drains. Run warm water down the drain. If you have a garbage disposal, run the garbage disposal (hand away from the sink).
Once you have completed this, you are good to go! Of course if you don’t have time to clean your kitchen sink or think it’s too much work, call Maid to Clean Orlando today! We offer excellent, professional Orlando Maid Services. We are your #1 Source for Orlando Maids. Call today. 407.767.2992

Do you typically clean your windows with the generic window cleaner? Does it leave streaks, and sometimes makes your window look worse than when you started cleaning it. Here are a couple of great tips for cleaning your window.
1. You can use a 1/2 water 1/2 vinegar mixture in a spray bottle. If you don’t like the smell of vinegar than this formula is horrible on your nose, but suffer through it because it works. Spray the mixture on the windows and wipe clean with a squeegee and wipe the squeegee with a paper towel.
2. You can also place soda water in a spray bottle and use the same squeegee method as listed above. This is a bit more friendlier on your nose than the harsh vinegar smell, and it works!
